An interesting expression of the classic Nebbiolo grape in the calcareous soils of the Western Langhe. Cultivated using the Guyot technique, it is grown in south-westerly and south-easterly exposed vineyards. It is a late-ripening, resistant grape that requires perfect ripening, which must also extend to the tannins. The wine has a deep ruby colour with pronounced notes of anthocyanins that express its territorial origin. It has a pleasant scent of flowers and spices. As time goes by, it becomes very ethereal, ageing beautifully.
